Enhancements and fixes:

- client version checking - will error if client doesnt match server version

- add more tree chop points - added 5 tree chop points and made the points visible

- dont start VR - wont start the VR subsystem by default when launching the game client

- falling thru world somewhere - redid the way players are spawned so they dont sometimes fall thru at start

- fix no resource spawn - fixed bug with resources not spawning

- press enter to chat - press enter to focus on chat window instead of having to click

- give error if wrong password - give an error on the login screen if user types incorrect password

- give error if no connect to server - give an error if the game client cant connect to the server
